SHOLUDER WRAP is a shoulder support for stability to the rotator cuff muscles and tendons, shoulder ligaments and the shoulder joint complex in general. The unique design allows it to be worn ambivalently on both shoulders. The product's practical hole on the outside of the shoulder allows the possible insertion of an ice bag for cold therapy to reduce inflammation.

TYPE OF INJURY: Specific for rotator cuff injuries, tendinopathies related to the shoulder joint, functional recovery from shoulder injuries and/or dislocations. Rotator cuff injury is the partial or total tear of one or more tendons that connect the subscapularis, supraspinatus, petit rotundus and subspinatus muscles to bony structures.  

SYMPTOMS AND SIGNS: Symptoms in addition to pain, which is often accentuated during night rest, and strength deficits during specific movements, there is often difficulty and pain associated with everyday movements such as combing one's hair, resting on one's side at night, or fastening a bra. Tendon injuries unfortunately have an evolutionary character, i.e. they tend to worsen with time. 

TREATMENT OF INJURIES: ATTENTION: we always recommend an objective examination by a specialist doctor, who will direct treatment, depending on the severity, towards conservative therapies (supported by a special brace such as SHOLUDER WRAP), associated or not with physiotherapy treatments, up to open or arthroscopic surgery in the most serious cases.
