This cookie policy is provided for the website https://www.comprasport.it/it/ (hereinafter "Site"). This document has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 No. 196), and the Guidelines of the Privacy Guarantor, particularly those on the use of cookies issued on July 10, 2021.

What are cookies and what are they used for?

The Data Controller does not communicate cookie-derived information to third parties, except for:

  • The company responsible for managing advertising campaigns.
  • The web agency managing the Site.


  • User behavioral data derived from profiling cookies are retained for up to 1 year, or until consent is revoked.
  • Data from technical cookies are retained for the time necessary to provide the service to which the individual technical cookie relates.

If the Site uses profiling cookies, user behavioral data are retained until the user revokes consent.
